Can you put a price on your children’s health? We can: $283,000. That’s how much it costs to ensure that health care at our schools stays healthy.

Here’s what that $283,000 covers: one school nurse and six health assistants, all of whose salaries we partially fund. The school nurse divides her time among the school campuses and oversees the health assistants. The health assistants, in turn, allow the school nurse to do her job better, give the kids another caring person to turn to, and ensure your child is well-looked after throughout the school day.
